The time has certainly flown by — All Saints Catholic School will be celebrating its 25th birthday in 2023! This is a major milestone for the school and with it comes renewed opportunities for continued growth and change. As a parish, it is important to know and be involved in what is going on at the school because that is where the youngest members of the parish are being formed.
“Our number-one goal is to continue the commitment to excellence in all that we do at All Saints Catholic School,” says Colin Campbell, President of All Saints Catholic School. “With the leadership transition, our first priority will be to focus on the team who makes this mission possible — our teachers, staff, and volunteers. We are Team All Saints.”
Students who attend All Saints are given the opportunity to work with wonderful teachers who are invested in their growth as a whole person, body, and soul. In addition, students get to take part in the devout Catholic culture that is not provided at other schools.
“At the moment of Baptism, every parent commits to raising their child in the faith,” Colin says. “At All Saints, we have countless ways to support parents in that endeavor. If a family feels that Catholic education is the right fit for them during this season, then we really hope that ASCS is their first call. We would love to show what we have to offer and help families make the decision that is best for them!”
As a parish school, All Saints is only as strong as the support it gets from the community. While there are many parents and parishioners who currently provide support for the school mission, there is a growing need for support. Supporting the school, through volunteering or financial means, offers a wonderful opportunity to live a life of stewardship.
“More and more families are giving their education a hard look, and we want them to know that ASCS is an option for them,” Colin says. “We can use gifts of time, talent, and treasure. We are ramping up our volunteer opportunities for this coming year. In addition, we can always use the professional insight of former educators, specialists, and businesspeople in our classrooms and on our Advisory Councils.”
