Parish Leadership Training

We work closely with your Stewardship Committee, staff, and parish leaders throughout the Renewal process. While each parish is different, in most communities we hold training sessions to review stewardship basics and prepare them for their role in the Stewardship Renewal. Most importantly, we train your ministry leaders to ensure that every person who signs up for a ministry is called and invited to participate.

Bilingual Renewals

If your parish includes a large non-English speaking community, you may consider conducting a bilingual Stewardship Renewal. We have extensive experience working within the Hispanic community, and can help you to effectively reach your Spanish-speaking parishioners.

Thorough Follow-up

Even veteran stewardship parishes have great difficulty conducting effective follow-up with those parishioners who make commitments. Your Stewardship Renewal Sundays — the times when you present the message during Mass — must be well-orchestrated and on-message. We help to prepare lay witnesses, provide guidance for your ministry fair, and even provide homily guides custom-tailored for the scripture readings and your parish situation.
