Deacon Don McArdle
Chief Executive Officer
Don is co-founder of CSC and is the organization’s Chief Executive Officer. An ordained deacon for 28 years in the Diocese of Savannah and currently assigned to St. Mary on the Hill in Augusta, Ga., Don is also a CPA, and has spent most of his professional life in the public accounting environment. Deacon Don works closely with parishes from across the country on all aspects of developing stewardship as a way of life and has particularly focused his efforts in working to develop parish lay leaders. A native of Pittsburgh, Pa., Don spent much of his early life in South Florida, and has called Augusta home for more than 30 years. He and his wife, Pat, have nine grown children, eight grandchildren, and the couple is active in parish life at St. Mary on the Hill.

Eric McArdle
President
Eric co-founded Catholic Stewardship Consultants in 1996. As president, Eric is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all aspects the firm. Over the past 12 years, Eric has developed the award-winning process that Catholic Stewardship Consultants uses when working with parishes across the country. Parishes implementing this process have received multiple awards from the ICSC, they have been successful in deepening the spirituality of stewardship throughout the parish, and they have also experienced continual increases in parishioners’ gifts of time, talent and treasure. Eric has worked with parishes across the country on every aspect of developing stewardship as a way of life. Eric has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Augusta State University. He serves as Pastoral Council President at St. Mary on the Hill in Augusta, Ga., is an Extraordinary Minister of the Eucharist, and is active in parish life, along with his wife, Lisa, and their four daughters.

Sam Alzheimer
Vice-President
Client Manager

Sam worked with CSC when it served its first parish client in 1996. He has written much of the company’s educational material, and helped develop the annual Stewardship Renewal process, which he oversees today. His duties also include working with Stewardship Committees, conducting Leadership Workshops, and writing sample homilies with stewardship-related themes. Sam has a degree in English from Berry College in Rome, Ga., and graduate-level coursework in philosophy and Catholic theology. In his home parish, he serves on the School Board and Stewardship Committee and teaches adult education classes. He is married and has two daughters.

Kyle McArdle
Vice-President
Business Manager
Client Manager

Kyle has worked with CSC for the past seven years after previously working as a Consultant for Dewolff, Boberg and Associates in Dallas, where he was a project consultant at a manufacturing plant. A native of Augusta, Ga., Kyle serves as CSC’s business manager and also handles client manager duties. He is responsible for all accounting, financial and office management, as well as managing client renewals and the overall stewardship process at the parish level. Kyle holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Augusta State University and is finishing up work on his master’s of business administration, which will be completed in late 2008. Kyle is married with one child and is a member of St. Mary on the Hill Catholic Church in Augusta, where he is a lector, participates in the Marian Rosary and attends weekly Eucharistic Adoration.

Fletcher Bingham
Retreat Coordinator
Fletcher has been a member of the CSC staff for the past five years. As retreat coordinator, Fletcher is responsible for scheduling and organizing parish leadership retreats. He also coordinates registrations for the Msgr. McGread Stewardship Conferences and handles a variety of other tasks with the company, including serving as CSC’s resident reference librarian and proofreader. A former Episcopal Priest in Kentucky, Illinois and Georgia, Fletcher came home to the Catholic Church several years ago, and along with his wife of 39 years, he is an active member at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Augusta, Ga. At Most Holy Trinity, Fletcher serves as an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion and an adult Acolyte as well as participating in weekly Eucharistic Adoration. He is also active in nature and conservation organizations to strengthen our stewardship of creation. He also previously served as a Pastoral Assistant at Most Holy Trinity and was an instructor at Aquinas Catholic High School in Augusta. Born in Detroit, Fletcher grew up in Bristol, Tenn. He has a bachelor’s degree in history from King College in Bristol; a master’s degree in history from Emory University in Atlanta, and holds a M.Div degree from Episcopal Theological Seminary in Kentucky. Fletcher and his wife Kay have three sons, including one who is a Dominican friar, and two granddaughters.

Ricardo Silva
Creative Director
Ricardo has been a member of the CSC staff since 2005. He oversees the design and production of renewal materials, newsletters, surveys and CSC collateral materials. A native of Detroit, Ricardo holds a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Communication from the College for Creative Studies, College of Art and Design in Detroit. Ricardo has 20 years of experience in design and marketing communications, which includes Manager of Creative Services for an international corporation specializing in the production of printing equipment, as well as Creative Director for a design and marketing firm with local and national clients. Ricardo is married with two children and is a member of St. Mary on the Hill Catholic Church in Augusta, where he is a member of the stewardship commission and attends weekly Eucharistic Adoration.

Rob Mueller
Editorial Director
Parish Newsletter Manager

Rob joined the CSC staff in May 2006 as a newsletter and survey manager before moving into the role of Editorial Director. His primary responsibilities include overseeing the operation of the CSC newsletter department, including managing a staff of newsletter managers and writers, as well as serving as chief copy editor and assignment editor. Rob also manages a stable of parish client newsletters, working closely with pastors and parish office staff to plan and produce the monthly publication. A native of Long Island, N.Y., Rob previously was a sports writer and editor, with more than 15 years of daily newspaper experience, including 10 years as a sports writer and columnist for The Augusta Chronicle, covering everything from SEC and ACC college sports, major league baseball, the NFL and local high school sports. Before joining CSC, Rob was the General Manager of the Augusta Lynx professional hockey team. Rob holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Hofstra University in New York, and he and his wife of 15 years, Marybeth, and their three children, are members of St. Mary on the Hill Catholic Church in Augusta. Rob is also the head coach of the St. Mary middle school baseball team, winning the league championship in each of his first two seasons at the helm.

Tommy Rose
Client Manager
Tommy has been a member of the CSC staff for three years. As a client manager, Tommy oversees annual planning and coordinating of Stewardship Renewals, conducts Leadership Workshops, and provides general council to his parish clients. He also plays a key role in overseeing data entry operations, ensuring that commitment cards and surveys are processed quickly and accurately. A native of New Bedford, Mass., Tommy previously worked as a graphic designer for The State newspaper in Columbia, S.C., and The Augusta Chronicle. He also served as design manager and sales executive for The Chronicle. Tommy is active on the St. Mary on the Hill Stewardship Committee, is a Small Faith Group Leader, and a college football fanatic and motorcycle enthusiast.

Liam McArdle
Client Manager
Manager of Information Technology

Liam has worked with CSC for the past 3 years after previously working as a Senior Project Manager for Kraft Foods in the Bay Area of California. As a client manager, Liam oversees annual planning and coordinating of Stewardship Renewals, conducts Leadership Workshops, and provides general council to his parish clients. As IT Manager, Liam is responsible for maintaining company computer systems. A native of Augusta, Ga., Liam holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in Information Technology from Marquette University. He is married with one child and is a member of St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church in Augusta, where he is a member of Familia, the Knights of Columbus, Pilgrim Queen of the Family, and attends weekly Eucharistic Adoration.

Joleen James
Survey Manager
Joleen joined the CSC staff in December 2006 as survey manager. In this role, Joleen works closely with pastors, parish leaders, and other key staff members so that each parish receives a customized survey designed to identify its individual strengths and weaknesses. She is responsible for drafting the surveys, working with parish leaders, overseeing the return of the completed surveys, supervising all aspects of survey data entry including training and quality control, analyzing results and writing final reports that includes survey analysis and recommendations. A native of Augusta, Ga., Joleen holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Augusta State University. She previously was a technical writer/documentation specialist with Morris Communications in Augusta, and has also worked as an office manager, administrative assistant and special events coordinator. Joleen is married and is an active member of Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Augusta, where she is a volunteer assistant teacher for the Lord's Brigade, a dynamic and spiritual program for children ages 4-11 that follows parish Wednesday Night Suppers. She is also a sponsor and table leader for MHT's RCIA program, and she supports MHT's Angel Tree, the Kairos Prison Ministry, and local and national humane animal shelters and groups.

Michael Cunningham
Parish Newsletter Manager
Copy Editor

Michael has been a member of the CSC staff since 2005, when he started as a writer before moving into the role of parish newsletter manager later that year. A native of Pittsburgh, Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Pittsburgh. As a parish newsletter manager, Michael edits and coordinates the production of parish newsletters, working closely with pastors and members of parish office staffs in the planning and production of the monthly publication. He also serves as a copy editor and handles editing and proofreading for parish newsletters. Michael previously worked as a senior staff writer for the Pitt News, and has been a contributing writer for Gateway Publications and The Augusta Chronicle, and was sports director at WPTS-FM in Pittsburgh. Michael is a member of St. Mary on the Hill Catholic Church in Augusta.

Jordan Watwood
Parish Newsletter Manager
Jordan has worked with CSC for two years, first as a writer, before moving into the role of parish newsletter manager in early 2007. A native of Augusta, Ga., Jordan holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of Georgia. As a parish newsletter manager, Jordan edits and coordinates the production of parish newsletters, working closely with pastors and members of parish office staffs in the planning and production of the monthly publication. Jordan and his wife are members of St. Mary on the Hill Catholic Church of Augusta. An accomplished musician, Jordan coordinates the Youth Mass Choir and is actively involved in youth ministry.

Sarah Smith
Graphic Designer
Sarah has been a member of the CSC design team since November 2006, and is responsible for the design and layout of parish newsletters, stewardship renewal brochures, and other printed materials produced by the company for parish clients. Sarah also works closely with newsletter managers and client managers to help coordinate production and printing of materials. A native of Augusta, Ga., Sarah attended Augusta State University and completed studies for a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts. She previously worked as a Color Print Specialist at Digital Blueprint in Augusta, Ga., and as a Classifieds Graphic Designer for the Metro Spirit newspaper. She also has several years experience as a freelance graphic designer. Sarah and her husband are members of St. Mary on the Hill Catholic Church of Augusta.

A native of Augusta, Ga., Tricia holds a bachelor’s degree in English/Theology and a master’s degree in Theology and Christian Ministry from Franciscan University of Steubenville, Ohio.

Amanda Evinger
Senior Writer
Amanda has worked with CSC for the past two years as a staff writer for parish newsletters. Her duties include writing articles on parish ministries, profiles of parishioners, and general stewardship and Catholic education articles. A native of Holland, Mich., Amanda now lives in Fargo, N.D. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts with a double major in Spanish and Religion and special studies in creative writing. She has also obtained certification as a Health Care Technician and as an English as a Second Language instructor. Amanda is married and active in her new parish in Fargo, where she is a member of the Tridentine Mass Choir, a substitute Eucharistic Adorer, an auxiliary member of the Legion of Mary and a member of Kibbitz, a Catholic Bible Study and social Group.

A resident of Augusta, Ga., since 1984, Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication from Augusta State University. She is the wife of CSC President Eric McArdle. Lisa and her family are members of St. Mary on the Hill Catholic Church in Augusta. She is an Extraordinary Minister of the Eucharist, Familia member, member of the Engaged Encounter team, member of a Parish Small Faith Sharing Group, member of the Prayer Chain, and does a weekly hour of Eucharistic Adoration.
